Hospitality is now not limited to serving you food or providing stay but nowadays this sector is much concerned about the health and physical fitness of their guests and customers. Most of the hospitality brands started to provide in room fitness equipment and they also started to add some food items or dishes in their menu which are rich in nutritional value. In the year 2004 only 63 % hotels were having exercise or fitness rooms but this figure went up to 85 % in year 2016. This incline shows that they really care for the health of the people to whom they are serving.

Private Fitness Equipment in Guest Rooms
Most of the people are familiar with the gym and spa sections in the hotels but now a person can do exercise in the guest room as well. As in these days some hospitality brands provide yoga mats, upright bicycle and many more. Hilton Hotels introduced these types of guest rooms.

Exercise Before you Fly
Nowadays some of the international airports introduced gyms so the travelers can do their regular exercise practices. So if you are fond of travelling and exercise this facility is best suit for you as you can go to gym before taking your flight and you do not have to skip your exercise. Good Life Fitness at Toronto Pearson International Airport and Roam Fitness at Washington International Airport are best examples of this.

Eat Healthy and Stay Healthy
Many hotel brands and restaurants have adopted healthy food practices as they have added many new food items or dishes which are healthy and good in nutritional value. The best example of this is Accor group as they are already focusing on the quality of the food they provide but they are also offering menus having balanced diet. They also made an commitment that all of their restaurants will obey their own healthy food charter and they will also have over one thousand urban vegetable gardens in their hotels in by the end of year 2020.
